Our Mission
Helping Hands Reach Out, Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) organization established to create a haven to share hope and help. It is "a safe place to encounter grace."

Understanding the plight of what some of these students face, there was an urgent call to action.

Along with many of our partners, I believe that we are placed in, provided for, and protected by God's Hands. Therefore, we can reach out to help those who are hurting, hungry, homeless, hopeless, and helpless.



 Even the most well-rounded people can experience hard times at any given moment in their lifetime. 
We are grateful to do outreach so that heavenly help is extended through earthly hands.
Our community of partners is committed to working together to accomplish the unprecedented. 

Through reputable, credible, and accountable partnerships, we endeavor to provide support, resource referrals, emergency assistance, and/or guidance in these areas:

Future Goals
To creatively collaborate with other organizations, institutions, corporate sponsors, and vendors to provide:
  • Supplemental assistance for homeless college students
    • Housing scholarships
    • Weekly meal support
    • Seasonal drives (toiletries, school supplies, blankets, coats, non- perishable food, etc.)
  • Sponsorship
    • Lease apartments for shelter
    • Purchase/build a "safe space" group home


Financial Petition

As a newly established organization, we are in need of your generosity, support and prayers. Any donation(s) made to Helping Hands Reach Out, Inc. are tax-deductible.

During this first year, we are planning:
  • A toiletry/school supplies drive for distribution (to homeless college students and school-aged children in need) for back to school
  • Through fundraisers and donation support, we hope to:

      • Supplement funding for a minimum of three to four homeless college students, 
      • Assist 50 families with (non-perishable) food baskets for distribution during the fall/winter holiday seasons
      • Offer access to:
        • Our credible resource networks and community partners (as needed) to support spiritual, emotional, and mental wellness
        • Career mentorship
Together, we have the power to encourage and support our young people, who are enrolled in college, striving to better their lives, circumstances and positively impact the community at large.
